Inclusions:

Booking Canceled 7 days before check in date will be refunded 100%.
Booking Canceled within 7 days of check in date will be charged 50% retention.
Booking Canceled within 3 days of Check in date will be charged 100% retention.
No show will be charged 100% retention.
Bookings done between 26th Dec to 2nd Jan will be non cancellable, Non-refundable.
No check out permitted on 31st Dec.
100% retention will be charged on discounted rates,if guest wants to check out before completion of tenure of his stay decided at the time of check in.
All cancellations made after 6:00pm within 72 hours of arrival will result in a one-night retention charge.
Please check the rate policies at the time of booking as some room rates may have a non-cancellation / non-refundable clause.

Nonresident guest allowed in the lobby and restaurant only.
Outside alcohol allowed in rooms only.( No outside food permitted)
Guest to use electronic safe locker provided in rooms, for safe keeping of their valuables as the resort will not take any responsibility in case anything valuable is missing.
Guest to deposit room key at the reception counter if going out of the resort premises, loss of key will be charged @Rs 2000.
Tattoo/Mehendi/Food stains on linen/towel or mattress will be charged at 100% cost of the hotel commodity.

Check-out: 12:00 pm
However, we can accommodate early arrivals and late Check-outs based on the following terms and conditions:
Arrival before 10:00am or a late departure after 1:00pm will be charged an additional 50% of the room rate.
Arrival before 7:00am or a late departure after 5:00pm will be charged an additional 100% of the room rate.
Both the above clauses are applicable based on the availability of the rooms.

Children under 6 year may be accommodated in the same room at no extra cost.
A meal supplement of Rs.1000/- per night per child would be applicable for children between 6 and 12 years old with an extra bed.
Anyone above 12 years of age will be considered as an adult and a meal supplement of Rs.1500/- per night per person would be applicable with an extra bed.

Proper Swimming Costume is Compulsory while swimming. The guest has to carry / purchase the costume.
It is mandatory for all children below 12 years to be accompanied by one of the parents / guardian while the child is at the pool.

The resort is does not serve alcohol. However, the guests can purchase their own alcohol from outside and can consume it in their rooms.
However, soda, soft drinks, snacks and food have to be purchased from the resort only

The entire resort, including the publicly accessible areas, is well-guarded and monitored round the clock through CCTV cameras installed at various locations in and around the hotel.
Every guest room of the resort is equipped with a personal safe deposit locker.
All guests are advised to store their valuables in the safe lockers provided in their rooms.
